On Wednesday, September 11, 2019, the Landrum Area Fire and Rescue District will conduct its annual observance of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks against the United States.
This year’s observance will take place at the Landrum Depot at 1:00 p.m.

The Landrum Area Fire and Rescue District wishes to offer a special thanks to each of the afternoon’s event participants, the Town of Campobello Fire Department, the City of Inman Fire Department, and all first responders across the nation who place their lives in harm’s way every day to protect their friends and neighbors.

In memory of my son SPC Geoffrey Whitsitt (KIA 1-13-2010) and to honour my son MN1 Steven Whitsitt (active duty). Both joined the service because of 9/11.
