Self-Defense Course — August 8, 2016

The Landrum Area Fire and Rescue District is partnering with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office to conduct a self-defense class for the public.
The class is divided in to two parts. The first is a 45 minute Power Point, and the remainder will be hands-on application.
The course will last approximately 90 minutes, and there is no cost to participate.
